At Frø Sortiment Butik, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Return or Exchange: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the provided return label to the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, some items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Frø sortiment: Due to their perishable nature, seeds cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
  • Engfrø små portioner and Engfrø store portioner: Similar to other seeds, grass seeds are non-returnable.
